Why position of Rahu-Ketu shows different in your software compare

1. You didn't provide any details of the on-line horoscope you compare with, so we are unable to say you what exactly causes the difference. Check if true-mean nodes and ayanamsa settings are exact in both case. In JM you can change those settings at Prefs->Common tab. Also you may try a new attached update to see if the nodes position is still incorrect.

2. It depends on what you mean by 'save a chart'. Chart data saved automatically when you add a new entry in Events Manager. To save chart graphics or text into file use a Camera button in main screen tool bar.
3. Also you may do some similar operations from Data Exchange menu.
